Although there were only five in the chain it was a very difficult process. Without Cara it is possible that we would not have got to exchange. Although the problems were not related to Move Revolution, Cara chased everybody in the chain on a daily basis and provided daily updates to us. He is extremely hard working in getting my partner and me over the finish line to a point where we could exchange and complete. He is very efficient and if he says he will call you for an update, he does exactly that. Always kept us in the loop of what was going on at all stages of the process. Very easy to talk to, which you need from a proper manager. HANNAH SKILTON the Sales Negotiator is very professional at her job with an amiable personality. She originally showed us the property, she also knew her job, inside and out. She answered all of our questions with confidence and what she did not know, she was able to find out for us rather than guessing or saying "I don't know". CARA TURNBULL the Sales Co-Ordinator helped by liaising with the solicitors and updating us in the process. All members that we dealt with clearly know their individual areas of expertise. It was an absolute pleasure to have MOVE REVOLUTION on our side. Well worth the 5 stars, we would definitely recommend them.
