18 months ago we tried to sell via another agent. The house didn't sell then (market conditions were not great), and when we decided to try again, we turned to Move Revolution. We went live on 6 March and by 12 March we had an acceptable offer. However, before the chain could be completed, Dan had to negotiate with our buyer regarding his sale. He worked so hard for us and everything was agreed by 20 March. Remarkable! Communication was second to none. Thank you Dan & team. Fingers crossed now for a smooth progression to exchange.

I can't recommend the entire team at MR Crawley enough, they were truly fantastic. Having tried to purchase two properties previously through different agents, the difference in the level of service was clear. Not once did I have to chase them for anything and my house purchase would never even had gone through if it wasn't for the way they handled many situations that arose. Truly grateful and wish all estate agents were like the team here!

Heading to completion this week. Great experience with the team particularly Liam for being our key contact, he regularly chased buyers and downwards in the chain with multiple updates. Hannah was also valuable during the times Liam couldn’t conduct viewings of our house. Liam and the team worked for us in getting what we wanted for our property. I know Dan was in the background so can’t not mention. Big thanks to the team for looking for prospective buyers and following through organising in groups at a time convenient to us. Would recommend to others here :) Edit: they also use WhatsApp for immediate feedback etc. some other estate agents don’t do this. This alone was worth its weight in gold so appropriate action could be taken.

We sold our home with Move and couldn't recommend their service more highly. I met Liam on a house viewing as a buyer and he stood out from the many, many agents I had viewed properties with. He actually listened to what we were looking for instead of just sending any and every property in our price bracket and bombarding us with calls. Our main point of contact for our sale was Liam, we also had a lot of contact with Hannah towards the end of the process. Both did an excellent job. Liam was very realistic when valuing our house and throughout the whole process never just told us what we wanted to hear. I felt he was very knowledgeable and I trusted his advice, he also helped us negotiate on our onwards purchase. Move are brilliant at what they do, and make the selling process as painless as possible. As mentioned in a previous review, the Whatsapp groups for communication are fantastic. Immediate feedback after viewing and much easier to respond to around other commitments. The comparison between Move and the 'award winning' agent for our purchase was laughable. I've just sold my property through Move Revolution, Crawley, and the service I've received from Liam and the rest of the team has been fantastic. The initial selling process is excellent and highly professional, with high quality photographs and the whole selling team coming round to familiarise themselves with the property before it's listed. Moving on to the next phase. Having sold two properties in the past, I had found myself constantly on the phone with the solicitors trying to sort things out, with occasional updates of information I was already aware of from the estate agents I used at the time, making me wonder what they actually offered other than the initial work of doing viewings and getting offers. In contrast, the service given by Liam and co meant that they virtually took control of the whole process, to the point where I only had to communicate with my solicitor a couple of times. This resulted in what seemed to me a much smoother and less stressful process. I'd recommend Move Revolution to anyone.

Just purchased our house via Move Revolution and Hannah S was extremely professional from start to finish. All meetings, calls and communication were informative, clear and concise. Hannah is very experienced and showed this through-out the buying process, from initial point of contact, right up to and past completion. Hannah really excelled and went above and beyond, when our conveyancers caused multiple last minute issues. Fortunately for us she is experienced and very "proactive". Without Hannah we would have really struggled, and our conveyancers would have dragged their heels even more. If we ever look at selling Hannah will be my 1st call.
