"Selling and buying"

So having been let down before by another local estate agent, I was nervous to go through the motions again. How wrong I was, Move Revolution was just excellent! The service was so professional,communication clear and updates ongoing. We met Paul Brice on our first meeting followed by his photographer ,both gentlemen very informative and clear with direction. Along the process we met Jessica Willis who took on the task of selling our property,she was very friendly,polite and informative keeping updates via email and phone at all times AND was always there to answer questions no matter how trival. After finding the buyers and the process then gears up ,we then communicated with sue Payton who kept in touch with our buyer and the property we were buying so that everyone knew at all times what stage we were all at and kept the ball rolling. Selling and buying is a very stressful time I can't stress enough how much easier it is if you are selling and buying from one company and I would therefore always use Move Revolution in the future as well as recommend to any friends or family that wish to sell. Paul and Mark were quite simply exceptional from the start. Always honest communication and genuinely keen to deliver great customer service whether you are a buyer or a seller. In our particular case they went massively above and beyond the call of duty to save our sale - they even ended up doing the job of the other agent. After suffering badly at the hands of other agents who promised the earth and delivered a nightmare, we went with Move Revolution. After a day, we had our first qualified viewing, and within a week we had two offers, one of which we accepted. Throughout the sales process, Paul kept in touch, and kept us informed.
