Paul Bryce - A caring ,honest Eastate Agent not just after your money

We were selling our house through Move Revolution earlier this year but unfortunately the market was not very buoyant and we decided to change Estate Agents a decision that we regret but Paul was very understanding and continued to stay in contact and when we eventually sold our house as he knew exactly what we were looking for he continued to keep in contact and eventually found us our new home. Paul telephoned every week to update us on how our purchase was proceeding. Once we had moved he continued to assist us with issues that arose. My husband and I could not rate Paul high enough. I never thought I would give praise to an Estate Agent.

I sold my house to the first person who saw it!

The Brochure was so good and the staff kept in constant communication with us, so we were aware of every step, so apart from our Buyer it was very Quick to complete and move to our new home.

Why didnt I use these guys to sell my home???

Having a particularly stressful few months selling my house with another local estate agent (complaint to follow!!!), I was losing the will to live! Thank the lord I purchased through Move Revolution! Mark went above and beyond to help me (and my sanity), and I seriously haven't got enough words of praise for this man!!! ... and he is sooooo calm!!!! My only beef is that he didn't get a penny of the £6K commission that the useless, lying, robbing waste of space people in the town got!!! ... sorry, do I sound bitter and angry??? Would recommend these guys to everyone who wants decent service... Thanks for everything Jo PS.... And Sarah is a breath of fresh air and kept me smiling!!

The Move revolution team have been fantastic, especially Mark and Sarah. They got us a really good price for our house and gave us a service that could not be faulted. Their charges are unbeatable and professionalism is immeasurable! I have already recommended Move Revolution to many friends and I will continue to do so in the future.

An agent with integrity, respect and not overly attentive - amazing!

Rare to find an agent - Paul Bryce at Move Revolution - whom you believe you can trust. Dealings were straightforward and courteous, even though we changed our minds about moving house. He was attentive, but not persistent. When it is time to sell our house, this is the sole agent we intend using.

I cant recommend they highly enough. The photos they took of my house were superb, their availability impressive often contacting me out of hours, they always gave me feedback following viewings. They gave me sound advice during the negotiation process. Both Paul Brice and Mark Waldron are great guys who went way beyond anything I expected. Both my exchange and completion were exceedingly stressful., they took over completely and worked so hard, always updating me, to bring it to a successful conclusion. We have just exchanged on a property through Move Revolution and were impressed with their professionalism throughout. Paul listened to our requirements and made viewing suggestions that fit the bill. He went out of his way to accommodate viewings around our work schedules and got us into a property before it went officially on to the market. Furthermore he negotiated expertly and I felt he had both the interests of the vendor in mind but also made sure, as a buyer, made us feel we were valued and more than just another sale. Paul couldn't have been more helpful...

I recently purchased a property through another agent, however Paul at Move Revolution was selling my sisters property at the time and I frequently contacted him for advice given that my sellers estate agent were not at all helpful. Despite not being the sellers agent, Paul really helped me with advice throughout and his contacts with other agents really sped up the process. I just wish he was the agent for our purchase property as it would have made the whole experience a lot less stressful!

What a lovely, helpful company to deal with!

I am surprised at the patience and helpfulness Move Revolution have been towards us. Estate Agents on a whole don't have the best reputations and have a stigma of being pushy etc. Move Revolution made our whole house buying process much easier and were always happy to get us back into the property to look, re-look, measure up etc. From Paul, to Tom to Sarah, I really feel they serviced us with utmost professionalism.
