We live in Norfolk and purchased a property through Intercounty which was slightly different as the property was local to us in Norfolk and not local to Bishop Stortford. After a few teething problems I had several conversation with a couple of the estate agents and found them to be very helpful and always got back in touch when I needed a question answering. We finally exchanged contacts today and over the last week or so I've had dealings with Doug who went above and beyond in sorting things out for us in a quick, friendly and efficient manner.

We recently brought a property with Intercounty. James who handled our sale (until he was furloughed) was fantastic and super available (contactable at the weekend if needed), he couldn't have done more to help us get the sale over the line. I was pleased with the overall service that I received from intercounty. A little slow to begin with, however, Doug Whybrow (the progresser) did an excellent job to kept the lines of communication open and kept things moving until exchange.
