Inspire were the agents and managed a flat I was renting for the last 2/3 years. Their quality of service for me as a tenant went down significantly during that time. No updates on issues I raised through their property maintenance portal, miscommunication on any emails I sent them. And it has taken far too long for me to get my deposit back - despite a nearly perfect property inspection.
