Paul Callaway listened, understood the priority to sell/buy within 3 months, and using his expert knowledge and experience of the local market came up with a valuation and strategy to try and ensure this happened. He produced a wonderful walk-through tour that encouraged viewings, and went under offer the first day of viewings. I entered a reservation Agreement with my buyer, which gave confidence to both sides, and it also helped secure the deal on my no-chain purchase in another county as the seller believed the chain was committed. We all completed with 3 weeks to spare on the original 3 months target thanks to Sarah Evans' excellent communication and hard work. Sarah was always quick to respond to any queries, liaised effectively with all parties, brilliant at chasing solicitors on my behalf, and was a reassuring presence throughout. The whole Team are friendly, committed to client care and service excellence, and offer expertise and understanding of the market. Can't thank them enough for providing such a brilliant experience during what can be a stressful time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
