I moved management of my rental property from a 'National' estate agent after loosing confidence in their ability to proactively manage my property. Phone calls remained unanswered with this National company, and when I did get through it was to a regional call centre. They had no understanding of my concerns or knowledge of the locality of my property. I moved to John Payne Estate Agents and this all changed. I would not hesitate to recommend Paynes. John Buckley and the team are all excellent. You have an individual who will respond to each aspect of the management, be it Finance, tenant issues, or property servicing/maintenance. They take the time to treat you as an individual and their knowledge of the area and market is excellent.

I spoke with Olga to arrange my tenancy, I am a worrier and freaked out throughout the referencing etc and Olga was fantastic, she kept me up to date, reassured me and even told me to stop panicking! Getting the keys was fine, a few teething problems with the property but the issues are with the landlord not the agency. Charlotte is my account contact and she is prompt in getting back to me and contacting the landlord. I feel like I have a good, reliable agency in my corner.
