One of the worst experiences I have had with a letting agency. Repeated problems have been left unresolved despite being reported multiple times. Communication is poor, follow-up is lacking, and customer service falls far below an acceptable standard. The latest phone conversation was particularly disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional attitude I encountered. Rather than helping to resolve ongoing issues, I felt dismissed and treated without respect. Tenants deserve better service, better communication, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been very negative.
