I have been a landlord for a couple of years and have been dealing with a few letting agencies in Coventry. From my experience I think Payne is the best of them. First, they have deep understanding for the current renting market, their evaluation is very reasonable to landlord and tenants both sides. Some agency dose not want to make much efforts so gives much lower renting price and that cause landlord loss; other agency in order to attract landlord thus give too high price, then make the property stay on market long, thus also cause landlord loss. The manager of Payne letting, Claire evaluated my property with excellent consideration, my property has been let only one day on the market. Second, the ladies in the letting office work efficiently and professionally. I mainly communicated with Lauren by email, I always get her reply on time. The most important is she pays attention to details, from arranging view, to getting reference check, to sign the contract every step she always get me clearly informed during the whole process. the other ladies, such as Olga and Angela have helped the process quickly and smoothly done as well.I am happy to let Payne to rent and manage my property. Although I have to spend some money ( it is very fair price compared to other agents), it gives me a peace of mind and therefore it is worthy
