Siobhan impresses right from the off!.. we had a property which we were struggling to sell with one of the online estate agencies, so we thought we’d give Payne’s a try, given all the positive things we’d heard about them. Her infectious energy and enthusiasm make you feel like you’re in good hands, and words aside, we knew as soon as we met Siobhan that she’d be the one to find us the buyer we were looking for. Professional, knowledgeable, straight talking but above all really down to earth which makes for a totally refreshing change and one which (if you’re selling your property) you’ll be very grateful for. If Siobhan is anything to go by, Payne Associates must be Coventry’s go-to estate agency. They certainly will be for us.
