The chain was huge and many of the other agents were completely useless, however our agent from Paynes, Siobhan, clearly put in a huge amount of effort chasing down the weak links and driving the process forwards. I am completely satisfied that we chose to use Payne's rather than a cheaper alternative - we absolutely got what we paid for. Professional service, high quality images in the adverts, fast responses to queries and issues. If we had chosen a cheaper agent I am 100% sure the sale and purchase would have fallen through.
