I used this company when trying to locate a property to rent. Out of all of the estate agents I used, John Payne really stood out. Mia in particular deserves a lot of credit and worked very hard. Connor also was very approachable, professional and punctual for viewings, and made the experience very relaxed. I honestly am really impressed with the company. I honestly do recommend this company for anyone who is struggling to book viewings for houses, Mia was always really helpful and would book me bookings with no issues. Whereas with other estate agents it could be a lengthy and challenging process. The customer service and communication from Mia and Connor was really genuine and of high service and I hope that their hard efforts are recognised within the company.
