I'm back with new information... I just met your colleague who put me on the road for nothing. he told me that I am not on the list but I have an appointment. a zero rating agency. you have no respect for your customers. shame on you for making people waste their time for nothing.

Thank you for your review. Can you contact the office with more information as we don't have any male members of staff in this office so unsure who and what your referring too. If you was meeting the owner direct then a simple call to our office would of resolved this. The 1 star rating was is unfair and not reflecting our true service. You actual issue is with the owner not Belvoir.
