Recently brought a house using Payne Associates, and they were really helpful and good at communicating when going through the house sale. Because of the circumstances with the sale (from a large building company) there was limited knowledge about the house itself. This was not down to paynes themselves however. Overall good service.

Payne were very helpful and responsive with our new rental property. The only issue we had was with their referencing company taking a while to sort certain things which was of course out of Payne’s control. But Payne worked so hard and as quick as they could to chase the problems away! Overall couldn’t fault them as a letting agency.

We moved into the property and had a few issues. Luckily Daniel at Paynes has been very helpful and professional during this process and has kept me updated every step of the repairs. The process of renting/references was easy and simple and our viewing and moving in date was also confirmed quickly.
