Really friendly - Daniella is our preferred letting agent!

Daniella helped us to find a flat last year and was really great so, when we decided to move again this year, she was our first port of call. Daniella is really friendly and remembered us from last year including all of our requirements. She listened carefully to our feedback on our existing flat and was able to show us a number of potentially suitable places. We were able to secure our favourite and Daniella got everything sorted in a pretty tight timeframe, which was complicated by the fact that we were travelling abroad at the time. Daniella is so much more likeable and easy going than agents at some other firms (who can be really pushy!) so we were really pleased to find a place with her again.
