Danielle Kennett from the Michael Poole Middlesbrough branch is very experienced in helping people and giving her outstanding knowledge for a landlord in renting a property. She is a very patient lady with her clients, very softly spoken ,explaining each stage of the lettings process from start to finish.Keeping in contact with her clients - her management skills are an asset to the company . Danielle assisted me in such a lovely manner , The tenants that were applying for the property were properly vetted by her, She contacted .me telling me if they had any pets , if tenants wanted to do any alterations in the property .Danielle discussed this with me very thoroughly before a application was accepted as a positive tenant. I cannot thank Danielle enough in helping us out in the property being rented out , i would only bring any more rental properties to Danielle because i was overwhelmed with the way she handled all the process of renting.
