⭐ 1 Star (You can't give zero) – Avoid at All Costs! Absolutely shocking company! We initially discussed using their product as a new startup and agreed to consider it once we were up and running. Despite never receiving any service—no login details, no training, nothing—they are now demanding £440.40 and sending threatening emails stating we will receive a litigation letter in two days, if we don’t pay! which will also have additional cost added they say!! From the start, their approach has been nothing but aggressive and pressuring, with constant calls, intimidation tactics, and underhanded threats. This is not how a professional company operates! Do yourself a favour and use Credas instead—it’s a far better experience with a company that actually values its customers. Avoid this lot at all costs!
