I like to think of myself as a pretty straight forward sort of chap. Born in the 50's (that's the 1950's) I tend not to be overly tactile, except with my wife or those who have my blood flowing through their veins. So when we decided to sell our home of over 38 years, I needed someone to hold my hand, but as none of my relatives work in the estate agency business I knew that someone would have to be a 'stranger.' Enter Michael Meape, charging along St Margarets Road, Edgware, on his white charger (well, actually, strolling along the pavement in his size 8's). From the moment he first walked through the door he exuded a calm, relaxed, professional manner. Not at all pushy and always willing to do just a little extra to make the whole experience just a touch less stressful and oil the wheels. Even on the few occasions he was temporarily unavailable on the phone, other members of the team had all the answers. In the end, selling our home proved to be almost impossibly seamless. What a rush.
