She provided regular updates and when I was not getting any action from my solicitors Sue advised ways to keep everything progressing. In the final weeks of the deal it was very stressful (again due to my solicitor) and Sue was very responsive and supportive. Thanks Sue! The house move was a bit of a nightmare but this was no fault of Park and Bailey. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Park & Bailey were a breath of fresh air in this current climate where generally estate agents feel there is no need to offer a decent customer service, the houses are clearly selling themselves. Most appear not to even reply back to an email let alone a phone call. This is a real shame because when the stamp duty freeze ends and this all dies down, most estate agents have left a sour taste. However, not Park & Bailey. We felt as potential buyers, they have always remained consistently polite and professional, in particular, Rebecca. Rebecca showed a great deal of compassion and consideration throughout our experience. She genuinely seemed to have the interest of her client's as well as the buyers at heart. Rebecca was very accomodating, provided us with regular updates and was always open and clear in her communication.
