I found myself in a difficult position in the run up to Christmas when the tenants left with no warning or notice given, and the property required a top to bottom redecoration and deep clean to get back on the market as fast as possible. Sheetal was exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable, advising on and liaising with contractors to get the necessary work done as fast as possible. She really went above and beyond to help turn a difficult situation into a really enjoyable and positive experience. I am so grateful for her help, as well as her deep knowledge of the legal requirements around end of tenancy, deposit retention etc. An absolute credit to the business and outstanding member of the team. Chloe was extremely helpful with advice and guidance in handling the abrupt departure of the tenant and in the process of remarketing the property. In particular I was grateful for her local knowledge of the market that helped guide the setting of the new letting fee, which was successfully achieved. In addition, her efficient handling of property marketing, booking viewings, and progressing application paperwork and financials meant the new tenant was able to move in just a week after viewing, and just two months after the last tenant left. Finally, I have been supported by Reanna in the early days of this new tenancy and she has also been very helpful and efficient.
