Catherine Piccard is our property manager, and she is absolutely amazing, genuine, kind, and understand professional customer service skills. She makes communication easy for me and my partner due to us being autistic, she is very swift with replying and letting us know the results, and she gets issues resolved very quickly. You can tell she is passionate about her job, and genuinely cares about the tenants she is looking after. Anyone having catherine as their property manager is very lucky.
