We Recently moved from North Swindon to Down Ampney. Jo from Ewe Move was our agent for selling our house. Right from the word go, Jo was friendly and professional and always encouraging. She kept us up to date at all times and gave us prompt feedback after every viewing. We sold our house in under two weeks and this was down to Jo’s proactive marketing of our house. It’s great to have an individual who is solely responsible for the sale rather than office with numerous people dealing with our enquires. And Jo stated right from the start that she would be available for questions and queries at anytime of the day and any day of the week. And this she did. Thank you Jo.

Jo is incredibly proactive, an excellent communicator and very responsive 24x7. She is also a really nice lady who is incredibly positive. Would recommend Jo every time.

Just wanted to say what a fabulous service we received from Dan on the sale of my brother’s house. After a slow start, he got us a buyer and kept us informed throughout the whole process to completion today. Thank you Dan for all your advice and help, especially in communicating with both my brother in the UK and myself in Spain.

Overall I was very satisfied with EweMove. They came quickly to give me a valuation which I was happy with and at a time when the property market was sluggish I had a good response and viewings. I dealt mainly with 2 agents, initially Jo and then Jade. Both were highly professional and I felt both worked in my best interest and showcased my house to its fullest. I had issues with my conveyancer and felt that Jade went above and beyond to help me and move things forward. I would recommend them and would use them again...hopefully not too soon!

recently sold our house using Jo Moss @ ewemove in Swindon. excellent service, easy to communicate with, very proactive and did very well to get best price for our sale. not particularly impressed with the follow up admin service which seemed duplicate and cause some confusion, but Jo was always available to keep us informed and de-stress proceedings. would certainly use again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Really disappointing service - poor communication, misleading information and hidden fees. This led to losing money and no completion of the house purchase.

Hi Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’m truly sorry to hear that you feel communication wasn’t as strong as you’d hoped. I do want to reassure you that from the very beginning I explained that the sellers needed to find a property before they could move, and I kept you updated throughout their search as information became available. Unfortunately, the property they hoped to buy was found to have structural issues during their survey, leaving them unable to proceed. I passed this on to you as soon as I was informed. They are still very much wanting to move, but at the moment there is nothing suitable on the market for their needs. As they are both elderly and have health concerns, it wouldn’t be fair or appropriate to ask them to vacate their home to break the chain. I also wanted to gently clarify your concern about hidden fees. As an independent company, we carry out our own Anti–Money Laundering checks, which are a legal requirement for every estate agent. These checks ensure compliance and protect all parties involved in the transaction. Even though these are legitimate, mandatory costs, I agreed to waive these fees for you as a gesture of goodwill, and no charges were applied. We bore the cost of these checks ourselves. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating situations like this can be, and I wish the circumstances could have been different. Some factors are sadly outside of our control, despite everyone’s best efforts. I truly wish you all the very best in finding a wonderful new home, and thank you again for your understanding. Jo

Me and my fiancé were trying to view a house on Cloudberry Road with a member of staff called Dan. He is useless, incompetent and straight up rude + passive aggressive. They told my fiancé they do not have any properties on Cloudberry road so I have attached photos of 2 listings they have ON CLOUDBERRY ROAD. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I had the misfortune of selling my home with Ewemove. Poor advice from Ewemove led to a 9 month saga, with extraordinary stress, and appalling communication. Expensive and untrustworthy.

Dear Phil, We are sorry to read your review and whilst we always value feedback, we do feel this is completely unjustified. If others reading this are to look at your review of your buyer’s agent, they would perhaps understand that your gripe is with them and not us. From our perspective, we went over and above for you, not only dealing directly with your buyer’s buyer as the agent below was not communicating with anyone, but also your onward vendor (who should not have been tied into this transaction) to ensure the chain stayed intact. We even negotiated with your buyer to increase their offer further on your property to compensate you for the delay caused by their original sale falling through. This has been cemented by your buyer who has given us glowing reviews for the service we provided. We can fully appreciate how stressful this must have been for you, with your move at the mercy of weak links in a chain. However, had it not been for our involvement and constant communication with yourself, and the rest of your chain, your transaction would probably still be ongoing. It was an unfortunate 7-month process where the chain below collapsed, and the agent put in place yet another buyer with a difficult financial situation, which is not within our direct control. We are a business who strive to provide a positive experience for our clients, so we are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel that we did everything in our power to help progress your move as quickly as you had hoped. We would like to thank you for the full payment of our invoice and wish you all the best on your new adventure.
