We chose, Your Move as we used you 10 years ago when, we sold and bought this house. We found you, really good and after having Samantha out to value, we found a lot of, the original team still worked there, which was brilliant and part of the reason why we chose Your Move! The girls in the office are fabulous from Kirsty, to Carol, other Sam, Emily and Penny. So knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is, too much trouble for them. They, very impressively sold our house from first viewing and after a, small amount of negotiation we agreed a sale! The girls in branch are sadly let down, by your Sales Progression team. It's, terrible as in, you never hear from them, never receive weekly updates you're left to fend for yourself. We were assigned, Susan and we heard from her three times during the whole process and usually when we contacted her. After hearing nothing from them for weeks, I was contacted on completion day by Angela, to tell me I was completing that day and she would be out the office from ,14.30pm so unable to help me after that! Really? I think we managed perfectly well without any Sales Progression support! Even the online Your Move, My Move is rubbish, still showing progress at 40% on completion day! If dealing solely with branch, I wouldn't, hesitate to use again as the service and office team are fabulous but Sales Progression team - No thanks!
