Great friendly and very responsive service. Never a problem to answer my questions and made it such a nice process. I'd experienced some really rough service in the past with Estate Agents, so my perception of them was somewhat negative, but this experience has been wonderful, friendly and exciting, which I guess is what it should be getting a new house.
