We had absolutely no hope of getting a house however spoke to Kirsty at your move about our circumstances and that we needed to move to be closer to family. Kirsty was absolutely amazing and spoke to the landlord for us and explained our situation. Nothing at all was a bother for your move, I spoke to many of the team members as had a lot of questions and everyone was lovely and so so helpful and nothing at all seemed a bother.
