Bought a house through JW Wood and they were super helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately our sale took a good amount of time (22 weeks for a vacant property with no chain involved!) but that was due to delays beyond the agents control. Throughout the entire process and out of all the people we dealt with, I had upmost trust in Kelly, who was our case manager, and Olivia who always seemed to answer the phone when I called in. Both were super very friendly and keen to help. They supported me with advice on how to chase things up with the solicitors and we are really happy with JW Woods service.

Olivia and Clare were so helpful, responsive and professional. They explained everything to us, as we are buying in the UK for the first time in 20 years. They made the house hunt and offer go very smoothly. Great communication, always there to help when needed. Still waiting for the main JW Wood conveyance company to refer us to a solicitor, however, but that's not due to lack of help or will on behalf of this estate agent at all. I'd highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the Consett area.

J.W. Wood, Consett Branch took all the pain out of the house buying process, with regular updates of progress and patiently explaining the, sometimes confusing, terminology and procedures involved.
