Christopher is the person who made my first experience a whole lot better, he is one of the main reasons I stayed with haart and my flat. He is very trust worthy and keeps his word. Works very hard to keep his customers happy, very responsive and patient, also made me happy and laugh when things were a little stressful . If everyone here is like Chris I highly recommend haart and will always be using them. :)
