My experience with Martin & Co has been very pleasant. I was initially contacted by Mr Alex Child, who showed me the property in person. He's very responsive and kind. He understood that I was new to the UK and needed a lot of hand-holding. He was clear and very respectful in communicating with me. I got regular emails and updates about the letting process from him, as well as his colleague, Ms Corrine Baptiste. They understood my nervousness about a process so new to me, but stayed patient and helpful throughout. Thanks to their efforts, my move-in went incredibly smoothly - shoutout to Sonya for being so sweet during the move-in. She's an absolute gem! After moving, I encountered the usual maintenance needs in this business, such as a leaky faucet and a faulty light fixture. Still, I was fortunate to be put in touch with Ms Joleen Parker, who is another gem! She is very respectful, kind, and prompt. Whatever maintenance needs I have, she attends to them promptly and keeps me posted. All in all, it has been such an amazing experience to deal with them, and I'm happy in my apartment. At no point did they hide anything or were unclear. I appreciate when people and companies I deal with are forthright and open.
