Having rented from Martin and Co for a while now we ran into some issues with the boiler, we were having trouble getting the hot water sorted for a while and Joleen was beyond helpful, she made what was a awful time somewhat more bare able with her communication, proactive attitude and empathetic ear in a time of need.
