Essex and Suffolk Lettings

Had a very bad experience with the members of this agency. One of the staff from the day one gave me wrong information about the distance of the university (Essex) and the studio flat in that he lied its 5 or 10 minutes to the university by buses whereas it actually it took me 1 hour! to get to the university. I lost almost all my deposit (nearly £600) for they had booked my check out very late, but charged me for the time between my moving and the check out! Furthermore, the did not go through the inventory carefully and as a result I was charged a lot. The other thing that could be mentioned, the toilet had a problem and it took them a month to arrange with the landlord and get it fixed. Overall, I would keep away from them as much as possible.
