Having been a landlord for a number of years I was thrilled to find Julie Davis about 16 years ago when she worked for another agent. I found her to be efficient, 100% trustworthy and great at problem solving. Having used a number of managing agents in the past I soon realised she was the best I had come across and selfishly, I was extremely disappointed when she was promoted to another branch. However a couple of years later I discovered she had moved again, to Belvoir in Colchester. I changed management of my properties to Belvoir and arranged for my elderly mother to do the same. This gave me great peace of mind to know that both our portfolios were being managed by, in my opinion, the best agent in Colchester, and this decision has proved to be an extremely sound business move. Rent is transferred to me promptly, Julie always has a solution to any problem, whether it be maintenance, an issue with a tenant or anything else, and best of all, she has proved herself in the sixteen years I have known her, to be a woman of integrity.
