"Belvoir have rented and..."

Belvoir have rented and managed my property for nearly 10 years. I have always found Belvoir, but in particular, Julie Davis to be professional, efficient and very helpful. I would not consider using another agency. Having read the recent review (May 2017) I am compelled to add my own. All of my dealings with Belvoir have been first rate. I have high standards and as a conscientious Landlord I want to ensure that my property is well managed and maintained. Whenever my property becomes vacant there are often several interested tenants. However, Julie always manages to apply her filter to find the most suitable and reliable tenants for me in not time at all. The tenant finding service is excellent. Throughout the last 10 years, I have continued to improve my property, updating the boiler, installing a new kitchen etc. I have relied on Julie to recommend suitable tradesman and at times, Julie has helped to coordinate the trades. Again I can only say that my experience has been faultless. On Julie's recommendation, I had the windows mended rather than replacing them, which saved me a considerable amount of money. They look good as new. Julie has also rented my property and my experience of Julie as a tenant are in complete contrast to the reviewer who posted the review in May 2017. I never experienced any problems with payment of rent, my property was handed back in good condition. It was clean and immediately ready for occupation by the new tenant. In particular, I would like me mention the great care that Julie took in tending the garden.
