It’s sad to see a bad review sometimes but these reviews are what I went on when I was choosing my eastate agent and in this case I was mislead. After researching for a good agent in Clacton I signed with Northwood so they could let out my property. Before signing Robert was very effective and always got back to me via telephone or email. Once I signed with them I found myself chasing both Robert and Mark for updates about the house however their response was always pinging the responsibility on the other person. They had my house on the market for 3 weeks and only conducted one set of viewing, they did an inventory where they missed multiple things that should of been raised about the house, they did indeed find me a tenant however not what I wanted and I felt as thought they wanted me to change what I was looking for. I trusted them and even recommended them at the start to others however I was quickly disappointed. When I informed them I wanted to leave they didn’t even ask why. Goes to show how much they care about the business.
