Georgina and Ashleigh were the finest examples of excellent customer service (Having taught it previously), they were always polite and used excellent communication skills either by phone or email and it was always a pleasure to visit them in person in the office. They ensured a quick and speedy rental of the property i selected and fully answered any questions i had or confirmed answers through the landlord. I have been in the property over six months and they dealt with great speed and professionalism over a heating problem i reported. Inspections were quick and easy and ensuring that I was happy with the property.
