I have been dealing mainly with Matthew Samples and to a lesser degree Jack Pollock. I contacted Martin & Co to sell a house for us that was had been a rental property for a number of years, and many miles from where we live. They were the first agents to actually return my calls and their service has been excellent, Matthew Samples had given me his personal mobile number and nothing was too much trouble. When one of the prospective buyers mentioned there were cracks in the plaster, Jack very kindly went to the property and took photographs and within the space of a couple of hours sent them to us so we could assess the way forwards. Matthew then went and got local quotes and nothing was too much trouble. Even after a sale was agreed, due to COVID, the buyers solicitor wasnt answering our solicitors calls, so Matthew got involved and within a short space of time the problem was resolved.
