Always polite when you ring for any problems. Get back to you the same day. Understand that things are important like water and leaks etc. You can always get in contact straight away. I love that they actually do checks on your property every 6 months to ensure tidiness and that the property is in a decent state, this as a tenant makes me feel like they value there properties. I really take pride in my house and for them to recognise that too is great!
