We have recently completed a property sale. Cannot complain about the service received from Mortimers. The photographs and marketing of the house was excellent. Once an offer was received our negotiator, James Barnes, kept in regular contact with the buyers and ourselves providing updates and chasing solicitors. Highly recommend this estate agent.

Ella was so helpful throughout the process of buying my first home alone. It can be a daunting experience but she was at the end of the phone / email anytime I needed help. Once the sale was complete, Ella phoned to tell me that I could collect the keys and when I got there, I was presented with a lovely 'new home gift pack'. Dealt with Ben, Ella & Lewis - but as things progressed, Ella became the main contact. Fortunately/unfortunately once the property went live, interest was high & the viewings came flooding in. I struggled to keep pace initially - it would seem that I would receive an email & before I had chance to read it, I would receive a phone call. On reflection, that was someone doing their job - once we got the measure of each other, things became much easier & Ella proved to be very good at being the conduit between me & the buyer, also at gently nudging things along. First time I have sold a house - all the team provided help along the way, without being "in your face". Very pleased that Mortimers were our Estate Agents of choice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing service from Mortimers when selling and buying our house, particularly Ella. She was brilliant, went above and beyond to help out and support us through a very stressful sale. Ella was always on hand for an email or phone call, to help with any little question, or even just the reassurance that we frequently needed. Ella was great at communicating and keeping us updated throughout the process which was much appreciated, she could not have been more helpful. I could not recommend Mortimers more highly.
