Not only Geena was always incredibly courteous and professional, but we got to trust her too because of her sound and clear advice. Geena went above and beyond, listening carefully to our needs and requirements, as well as being proactive too. On a couple of occasions after viewings with her, by the time we came home we had emails from Geena suggesting potential suitable properties. I had not seen such a level of proactivity before, and certainly Genna always displayed a very strong sense of ethics and integrity, which was incredibly refreshing in the Bristol market in 2024! I visited half a dozen Bristol letting agencies' offices when I began searching. The staff at CJ Hole were the most pleasant and helpful. They were also the *only* one that followed up with me personally (rather than simply adding me to an email list); the agent (Sam) called me later on the same afternoon to tell me about two different properties that met my requirements, with viewings available the next day! Sam was brilliant from start to finish, she was friendly, easy to talk to and obviously had detailed knowledge about all of the properties she showed to me. The first place I viewed was so perfect my partner and I put an offer in right away, and Sam was helpful and upfront about every part of the process (including smoothing out an alarming problem that occurred during thw referencing process). I absolutely reccommend CJ Hole over and above the other big agencies in Bristol, and my partner and I feel lucky to have had Sam as our agent! We're moving into our perfect new home (the first one I viewed) next week!

Far better than the other agents I've used in Bristol. They actually understand the sales process so don't (unlike other agents) make a nuisance of themselves chasing pointlessly. Efficient and on the ball.
