I visited half a dozen Bristol letting agencies' offices when I began searching. The staff at CJ Hole were the most pleasant and helpful. They were also the *only* one that followed up with me personally (rather than simply adding me to an email list); the agent (Sam) called me later on the same afternoon to tell me about two different properties that met my requirements, with viewings available the next day! Sam was brilliant from start to finish, she was friendly, easy to talk to and obviously had detailed knowledge about all of the properties she showed to me. The first place I viewed was so perfect my partner and I put an offer in right away, and Sam was helpful and upfront about every part of the process (including smoothing out an alarming problem that occurred during thw referencing process).
