Ti was incredibly helpful at the viewings and super kind and friendly. Even though the process of finding a home can be very stressful, it was very straightforward with CJ Cole lettings.

We bought a house which completed in September for which CJ hole were the estate agents. They were excellent especially our Sales Progressor Victoria. She was incredibly helpful in the very initial part of the process but I think the best thing was her continuous liaising between both sets of solicitors, ourselves and the seller. The sale completed in just 7 weeks which was fantastic for us. Of course this was in part to the solicitors and our very thorough and helpful seller but I do think a big portion was from Victoria nudging both sides on.
