We have been dealing with Victoria in the Whiteladies Road office and have had the impression she is very efficient and completely across her brief. Never had to wait any time for responses to any of our enquiries and always responds promptly, and with regular updates. Our purchase has been plain sailing, no problems and has happened very quickly, which we feel Victoria has had a great part to play in.
