Buying your first home is famously stressful and after a month of pushy, weird agents at rushed viewings we were feeling disheartened. But from the moment we met Sam and saw our now forever home it was a different story. Both Sam and Ryan are genuine, decent, friendly people. They are straightforward, frank and reasonable and it was an absolute breath of fresh air. All the way through from offer to completion they were communicative, extremely supportive, friendly and also funny and brought an ease and levity that really soothed my naturally anxious spirit.
