At first you would think, why go with Ewemove? surely it would be better to sell your house through established estate agents, but you would be wrong. The selling fees with Ewemove were explained and fixed, the valuation we got from Mike at Ewemove Halifax was spot on and actually was more than we expected and thought surely our house isn't worth this much, but Mike was accurate and we got the full asking price. Mike constantly kept us informed as to what was happening with the viewings and the eventual sale, even to the point when we had two offers of the full asking price and Mike advised us the best one to accept, which turned out to be spot on as the sale went through with lightening speed. Plus being presented with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine as a thank you for using them on completion day was a pleasant surprise, which I doubt you would get from the high street estate agents.
