Dear Gena, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you had some challenges with the online reference system during the Bank Holiday weekend. Over 40% of our customers at the City & Clerkenwell office come from overseas and whilst there is sometimes an extra hurdle to overcome, the vast majority have a trouble free experience with the referencing and administration process.
