I can only report my experience with Perry Bishop in Cirencester as exceptional. From the moment we decided to move when Simon recommended a sensible selling price to a final completion....15 months later, the constsnt help and guidance from the whole team could not have been better. During the extended 15 month period when there were so many frustrations occuring, none of which the fault of Perry Bishop, we were always kept fully informed of any problems and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff to help out. The complications which often happen involving solicitors were expertly progressed by Jade and Lynne in particular, taking away much of the stress this generated. The lengthy period from start to finish was handled in a very professional manner witch left us all feeling we were important and not in any way a problem in what was a difficult experience. I can only compliment the whole Perry Bishop staff in Cirencester for being so helpful and friendly over a long frustrating sale and see them as a " 5 Star " company. Tim R

Very professional and proactive.

TLC were our letting agents for many years.They were excellent at selecting tenants and always consulted with us before putting them into the property.We had no hesitation therefore in appointing them as our agents when we decided to sell.Tom Lawrence acquired a potential buyer very quickly but the buyer strung us along dor many months and then cancelled when we were ready to complete.It was a very stressful experience but through it all Tom remained calm,helpful and professional.Fortunately we acquired anew buyer very quickly.I would have no hesitation in recommending TLC as a letting agent or to handle a sale.
