Looking for and securing a place to make home in a completely new area can be daunting. Lucky for us, we found what we needed thanks to the help of Perry Bishop. Not just in terms of searching, viewing, negotiatiating and transacting but also providing help to connect with reliable local contractors. The staff we dealt with were professional, balanced, empathetic and easy to communicate with. Jade in particular provided outstanding support at a critical time. In my view a gold standard level of service and care. Thoroughly recommended.

Perry Bishop were so helpful when i needed to buy a house quickly. the property i was purchasing the seller changed their mind last minute and my buyers were ready to go. I popped into the office and explained my situation, they had a house that hadn't come to market yet and aksed if i wanted to see it. it was perfect and the whole purchase has been so easy. will only use Perry Bishop when i sell this house.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Cathy Sinnott while searching for a rental property. From the very beginning, she was incredibly understanding of our needs and situation, always taking the time to listen and make sure we felt heard and supported. Her patience and professionalism stood out every step of the way—never once did we feel rushed or pressured. What really set Cathy apart was her accommodating nature. Cathy went above and beyond to work around our schedule, answer our (many!) questions, and guide us through the entire process with genuine care. It truly felt like she was invested in helping us find not just a place, but the right place to call home! We’re so grateful for Cathy’s help and can’t recommend her enough! Not only is she excellent at what she does, but also kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy.

Cathy was amazing and welcoming from our first viewing! She was so helpful as this was our first rental chain. After a bit of back and forward Cathy secured us our dream home, was direct and kind in her advice and went above and beyond to get the deal over the line, including working well out of hours. I am now listing my house with Perry bishop as a result of how the chain was handled! 💖💖💖

Have dealt with the team at Perry Bishop a few times over the years and they have always been outstanding. Most recently, we've had the pleasure of working with Cathy - who has been everything we could have wished for and so much more. A trusted expert, exactly what you need when it comes to making the biggest decisions on your life. Thank you Cathy for making us feel supported 110% of the way..

Fantastic service from Perry Bishop (Cirencester Branch) throughout the whole selling process. This was a complicated sale due to the property being unregistered and initially an inheritance under a trust. However, the team at Perry Bishop, managed to wade through all the intricacies that this presented with consummate ease. Communication was excellent and timely. We’d like to thank the whole team at Perry Bishop, however a special thanks is deserved to Stephanie (who was responsible for the initial marketing and sales up to the point that a buyer was found) and Jade (who took over to complete the sale). We would definitely recommend the use of Perry Bishop if you want a totally professional and efficient property sales service. Thanks again!

I have had a very a positive experience, using the team at Perry Bishop everybody dealing with us was positive and without a doubt doing their best to make the process of selling our property as pleasant as possible, Jade Gave instant responses to my barrage of questions, and was definitely on the case for us, so thank you very much to all involved, Cliff and Felicity Laxton

Perry Bishop Estate Agents are a very friendly professional agent. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my late uncles property From giving really helpful advice, encouragement and keeping in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing, to just being at the end of the phone to explain the things I wasn't sure about. I can't fault their service. I highly recommend Perry Bishop Estate Agents.

I had a fantastic experience working with Cathy Sinnot at Perry Bishop Cirencester. She helped me rent out my house quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Cathy was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cathy and the Perry Bishop team to anyone looking to let their property in the area.

My brother and I recently had to sell our mother's flat in Cirencester after she had passed way. Perry Bishop provided us with an excellent service, from the initial viewings right the way through to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Lucy and Stephanie deserve a special mention for their friendly professionalism.
