Dear Lauren - I am very sorry to read this , you will I hope appreciate that checking how noisy someone might be when they move in is not part of the due diligence process that we follow , clearly we have no control over this whatsoever. This can be different when we let a property and it is under our management - we may be able to assert some influence or at the very least not renew a tenancy but that is very different.
