CJ Hole acted for the sale of our property and Debbie kept us updated in a very timely way regarding progress and advice on interest in the property, viewings and offers. When we accepted the buyers' offer, the team couldn't have been more helpful in pushing the sale through to contracts and completion - Mike, Dan and Charlie were all very active, despite unnecessarily protracted queries from the buyers. The sale went to the line with exchange of contracts and completion on the same day and Dan kept us updated almost hourly. We wholly recommend CJ Hole for their professionalism and and service.

Although, it took 7 months to get a sale (in the current more difficult climate), they kept me well-informed of viewings and feedback. My contact was Dan who was helpful and proactive in pushing the sale forward. They were also accommodating at arranging someone to help with the garden and doing meter readings/collecting post, given that I no longer live close to the property.
