Mike Davis and his team have been providing services for our two family properties for over 7 years, initially through the Lettings department and most recently in the sale of my home in Kingshill Meadow. The Lettings department is both helpful and professional, managing all tenancy related matters speedily and efficiently. The recent sale of my home could have been fraught with difficulties due to my move abroad with an 8 hour time change. However Charlie Bond and Daniel Park went above and beyond to make my life easier at that stressful time. I did get an offer before we left England, although it fell through, so was relieved and delighted on my arrival in Canada to learn a serious buyer with a better offer had been secured. CJ Hole acted for the sale of our property and Debbie kept us updated in a very timely way regarding progress and advice on interest in the property, viewings and offers. When we accepted the buyers' offer, the team couldn't have been more helpful in pushing the sale through to contracts and completion - Mike, Dan and Charlie were all very active, despite unnecessarily protracted queries from the buyers. The sale went to the line with exchange of contracts and completion on the same day and Dan kept us updated almost hourly. We wholly recommend CJ Hole for their professionalism and and service.

CJ hole were great from day one. They were straight up and honest about how the process of buying a house from them worked. A lot of estate agents have a bad rep for telling you lies or telling you misleading information. This was definitely not the case with CJ hole. They were always there to answer questions. I would 100% recommend them.
