As a buyer, I wouldn't necessarily have expected the level of personalised service which is often reserved for vendors, but Daniel and the team excelled on all fronts. Communication was fantastic and always delivered in a timely way. I was also quite touched to receive a welcome to your new home pack on the day I collected the keys.
